Welcome to our Project Factory!
Our experience of providing support for various kinds of projects, both Non-IT and IT-related, has shown us that all of the projects have a core of project activities and elements, and these are more or less similar in every case.
It doesn’t take people with multiple degrees and internships or project manager certifications to complete these core objectives, no matter how valuable such qualifications are (see www.management-perspektiven.de). But not in this case – after all, it’s your money at work.
The basic method is made up of the same core activities that we have broken down into 20 steps, which are as follows:

- Project commissioning, -definition, -goal-setting and –demarcation

We do not see this offer as a substantive or personal responsibility to design the document (which our management consulting department shall be happy to do for you as a separate offer), but only as a mechanism that understands the client’s needs and creates the look of the document accordingly. You will only have to give us the content and tell us what’s at stake, and we shall provide you with your desired document in a quick, clean, straightforward and accurate fashion, exactly the way you want it. We shall customize the documents as per your specifications and mould it into your corporate design, using commercial applications from Microsoft and Apple. You can either give us your templates to work on, or choose one from our own wide variety. In the end you shall be provided with solid project-work, created by specially trained graduates.
While every employee of our firm is experienced in all of the project activities, each employee is a specialist in three or four particular areas of his own. Therefore, with each project activity being completed by the appropriate specialists, the end products created in the Project Factory, after assembling the parts into a single package, will be of very high quality. Through such quasi “industrialization” of the project elements, you will be able to receive the best quality (dual protection) in the shortest time (through division of labour) at the best price (as employees are not overqualified for their particular tasks). Thus, the name: ProjectFactory!
Another clear advantage for you (even if we do not have to hide), is that there are no workplace costs involved for you as our employees do not need to be accommodated in your office in order to work since they are based at our headquarters in Bavaria Business Center (www.bavaria-bc.de), in the heart of Munich. However, if required, then we shall also come quickly to your offices and stay with you until the work is done. We work for both Germany-based and international projects, in German, English, French and Italian.
